Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 31 May 2026

These terms set out the agreement between you and MagMindLab (ABN 85 668 557 613) (“we”, “us”, “our”) for use of the Evidence Alignment report service and this website (“the Service”). By buying or using the Service, you agree to these terms. Please read them with our Privacy, Consent, Deletion & Retention Policy.

1. What the Service is – and is not

The Service reviews disability-related reports and documents you already have, and helps you understand and organise that evidence against current NDIS rules, guidelines and legislation. It produces a set of documents to help you prepare.

The Service is an informational and preparation tool only. It is not legal advice, not medical or clinical advice, and not a decision or recommendation by the NDIA. We do not assess your eligibility and we cannot promise, predict or guarantee any NDIS outcome, funding result, or decision. For advice about your situation, keep working with your treating professionals and, where needed, a qualified adviser or advocate.

2. Who can use the Service

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a contract. If you use the Service on behalf of another person (for example, as a family member, carer, advocate or support coordinator), you confirm you have that person’s authority and consent to upload and process their information.

3. Your documents and information

You keep ownership of the documents you upload. By uploading them, you confirm you have the right to do so, and you give us permission to securely process them only as needed to provide the Service to you. Your reports are processed and stored securely in Australia, are accessible only to you (owner-only access), and are never sold or shared. How we collect, store, use and delete your information is set out in our Privacy, Consent, Deletion & Retention Policy.

4. The documents we produce for you

The reports and templates the Service generates are provided for your own personal use in preparing your NDIS evidence. The underlying templates, formats, frameworks and methodology remain our intellectual property. You may share your own generated outputs with people involved in your support (such as your treating professionals or advocate).

5. Price and payment

Prices are shown on the website and include GST where stated. Introductory pricing is offered for a limited time and may change without notice; the price you pay is the price shown at checkout. The Service is a one-off purchase, not a subscription. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers (Stripe and PayPal); we do not store your full card details.

Your access is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, or 90 days from when you first upload a document, whichever comes first. The 12-month window means you are not rushed to start straight away, and the 90-day limit means we do not hold your information for longer than necessary: 90 days after your first upload, the documents you have uploaded, any text extracted from them and any reports generated for you are automatically and permanently deleted. See our Privacy, Consent, Deletion & Retention Policy for details.

6. Refunds and your consumer rights

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms removes those rights.

If your report does not generate successfully, your files cannot be processed, or you accidentally purchased the wrong product and have not used it, please contact us within 7 days and we will provide a refund. If you are unhappy with your report, contact us within 7 days and we will review your request fairly. Refunds are not available simply because the report identifies evidence gaps or areas needing further evidence, or because an assessor, clinician, organisation or government decision-maker reaches a different outcome than hoped – that is exactly the information the Service is designed to surface. Purchase does not guarantee eligibility, approval, funding or any specific outcome. Full details are set out in our Refund Policy.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, upload another person’s information without their consent, attempt to copy, resell or reverse-engineer the Service, or use it in any unlawful way.

8. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the Service available and accurate, but it is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. NDIS rules and legislation change over time; while we work to reflect current law, we do not warrant that outputs are complete or error-free. We may update, pause or discontinue parts of the Service.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the Service or reliance on its outputs, including any NDIS decision or outcome. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page, and continued use of the Service means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you submit to the courts of that place.
